Wolfsburg startte enkele maanden geleden de trend van grote voetbalclubs die nu ook naar eSports trekken, Schalke 04 doet nu ook mee zei het wel met een heel League of Legends-team.
Het heeft het LoL-team Eelements dat vanaf nu onder de naam FC Schalke 04 zal spelen overgenomen.

De club zal overmorgen (19 mei) een persconferentie geven met meer uitleg over hun nieuwe team en de sprong in de eSports.
